- Care and Shipping:

* Plants may suffer from shipping stress (e.g., bruising, leaf loss).

* We pack all plants carefully.

* Live Arrival Guarantee: An unboxing video is required within 12 hours of delivery or we cannot assist.

- Plant Characteristics: Imperfections and stress-related issues are normal. Root rot and leaf loss may occur during delays; consider UPS shipping upgrades.

- Variegation Note: Unpredictable; may not appear on initial leaves; patterns are not guaranteed.
